Job Description & Requirements

• To be overall in-charge of facility maintenance team
• To ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet compliance standards and government regulations
• To create & implement a systematic preventative / proactive maintenance schedule for the facility
• To plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects
• To ensure proper record & accounting of all maintenance systems, methods & inventory of tools.
