Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.
• Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, costing and tracking efficiency.
• Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.
• Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement.
• Handle additional tasks or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
