Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Coordinate with Supplier / Factory / Customer on delivery status
- Issue & follow up sales and purchase order
- Issue Invoices, Debit / Credit Notes to vendor and customers
- Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
- Assist with RFQ for new model / new projects
- Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
- Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
- Assist in inventory management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Keep accurate and updated contact details for customers.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing to meet requirements.
- Handle customer Request For Quotations (RFQs).
- Work with the sourcing department to find optimal solutions for growth.
- Oversee respective or assigned operation activities to maintain accuracy, completeness and on time delivery.
- Support department head.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.Determine priorities and work assignments to meet shipping schedule.Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.Sensitive to numbers and fast learnerPrefer bilingual (English & Mandarin) as need to deal with overseas vendor / customer.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
