We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Treetops Executive Residences' in the Orchard Central Region. As a full-time Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- In charge of kitchen daily operations, menu planning, recipe development and food preparation
- Overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinating the flow of kitchen operations, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Providing training and mentorship to kitchen team members to enhance their skills
- Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service to guests
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, be responsible for the costing, control of requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies in the Kitchen, monitoring stock levels and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For :
