Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional customer value through technical expertise and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Expand existing customer accounts by offering a broader and deeper range of products and services, positioning the company as a one-stop solution provider.
- Provide consultative advice and propose effective product solutions that align with customer needs and requirements.
- Lead proposal development, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations to ensure successful and profitable project outcomes.
- Analyze customer purchasing trends to support accurate forecasting, production planning, and annual budgeting.
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support business development efforts and counter competitive strategies.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales support, including technical advisory services.
- Offer value-added services such as alternative solutions, cost-saving recommendations, and relevant product information.
- Ensure monthly and annual billing and booking targets are met; proactively address potential shortfalls to meet revenue goals.
- Manage receivables collection by following up with customers on overdue payments to support healthy cash flow.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in EngineeringCertification or training in Precision Engineering is preferred.Rrelevant years of experience in a similar role within the same industry.Strong understanding of market dynamics in the precision engineering sectorProficiency in sales and marketing strategiesSolid technical knowledge in metal stamping, tool making, machining processes, and cost estimation .Excellent presentation, negotiation, and selling skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor.High level of integrity, maturity, and resourcefulness.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for Job Applicants / Seekers at https : / / u3infotech.com / privacy-notice-job-applicants / .
