Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including upselling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Channel Development : Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence.
- Retail Execution : Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
- Forecasting & Reporting : Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Training & Enablement : Conduct product training sessions for retail sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
Requirements :
Diploma or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation s kills.Proven ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly email an updated copy of your resume to : gs1@talenttradersg.com
