Current opportunity : Account Manager Location : Singapore Hybrid role Shifts : Daytime SGT Years of experience : 2-5 years of experience Languages required : Fluent English and Mandarin as a second language What you will do : Workplace Options has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. The primary role of the Account Manager is to manage a portfolio of clients, including business-to-business, third-party, and global clients. The position requires proactive account management, the ability to build strong business relationships, and the ability to represent Workplace Options professionally. The job holder is expected to retain existing business and generate additional revenue through up-sales and expansions of Workplace Options’ products and services. Responsibilities : Manage, develop, and cultivate strong client relationships by understanding customer business requirements and exceeding customer expectations. Ensure a high retention rate by negotiating contracts, creating, and finalising agreements. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalise on these opportunities to achieve annual targets. Provide clients with utilisation reporting, trend analysis, and consultation to maximise the value of our services. Create and execute account management plans, including portfolio analysis, client contact, activity cycles, client retention, and expansion activities. Plan and launch activities for new clients and support existing clients with ongoing initiatives and contact activities. Maintain close communication with product and operations colleagues and WPO account managers globally. Support company and clients' functions and roadshows. Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications / Skills : Bachelor’s degree in management, business or related field. Fluent spoken and written English. Previous experience in account management Strong communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for business meetings. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
