Global Finance Process Excellence Lead - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionServe as the Global Process Owner for SAP FICO modules, primarily Record-to-Report (R2R), with oversight of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Maintain and enhance global finance process templates, data structures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards. Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Procurement, and Operations to harmonise data and streamline processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, analytics, and process automation. Oversee finance master data governance, including chart of accounts, entity structures, and cost / profit centres. Manage change communications and training related to finance systems and process rollouts. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) preferred. 13+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, and systems implementation. Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA FICO; experience with EPM tools (e.g., CCH Tagetik) is a plus. Proven track record in leading finance transformation projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Opportunity to lead global finance transformation initiatives.
