Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in coordination with the external sales team, based on customer requirements and sales strategy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and providing timely feedback.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, data entry, and proactive follow-up on quotations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research, gather competitor insights, and help identify new sales opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone or email to generate leads and maintain engagement.
• Ensure that contract terms align with company policies and monitor timely payment collection.
• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems accurately.
