I satisfy my users / customers by providing sincere services to meet their needs, respecting our satisfy or satisfy policyI represent the first & last in-store image of our company, therefore, I need to be professional at managing customer's demands and expectationI ensure that our users / customers have a seamless checkout experienceI manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balancesI actively manage click and collect services in retail storeI assure the safety of my teammates and users / customers at my work placeI share my sport passion and positive energy with my users / customers locallyI take initiative for my training and developmentI am responsible for satisfying my users / customers enquiries via email and callRequirements
