Wound Care Nurse - Clinic / Polyclinic

Description : Assist

clinical teams in managing complex wounds.

Offer clinical expertise and knowledge to

patients.

Provide support to patients and

their caregivers upon disease diagnosis.

Take

responsibility for assessing, planning, and delivering

comprehensive care for patients.

Deliver

personalized and holistic care to help patients manage their

condition.

Provide support to patients in

inpatient, outpatient, and community hospital settings.

Deliver education, training, and clinical guidance to

patients, their families, and hospital staff.

Serve as a resource in the clinical setting for managing

patients with complex

wounds.

Requirements :

Degree in Nursing or State Registered Nurse

certificate

Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma

or equivalent is preferred for candidate applying for the Senior

Staff Nurse position

WOCP / WOCN certification

is added advantage

Minimum 2 years in clinical

practice as Wound Care Nurse / Wound Care Specialist

Nurse

Experience in managing complex wounds is

added advantage

Good interpersonal and

communication skills
