Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), projects Pre & Post Costing and tender documents.
• Provide advice on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Working with directors and managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Review and negotiate pricing with subcontractor / supplier.
• Preparing quotations to clients and follow up on the signed quotation status.
• Prepare and submit payment certificate and ensure billing to clients are promptly submitted.
• Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts.
• Purchasing and monitoring of materials, and ensure materials reach the site on-time.
• All other work related to a Quantity Surveyor.
