Region . As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be

responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving

sales in our dynamic retail environment. This is a full-time

What you'll be

doing

Providing a warm

and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued

and appreciated

Assisting customers with

product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations

to meet their needs

Achieving and exceeding

sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales

techniques

Maintaining a neat, organised, and

visually appealing sales floor

Participating

in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising

activities

Collaborating with the wider team

to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer

experience

What we're

looking for

Previous

experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the

sales industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the

ability to engage and connect with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide

informed recommendations

A keen eye for detail

and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to

providing exceptional customer service

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings

and weekends, as

required
