Provide effective and efficient human
resource services to support business growth and
operations.
Appreciate business and operations
requirements and challenges and plan, organize and implement human
resource initiatives to support business growth and
operations.
Work closely with line and
function heads to support them in manpower planning (including
annual manpower budgeting), acquisition, deployment and monitoring
of manpower level.
Prepare job specifications,
review and shortlist job applicants for line and functional heads
to interview, follow-up with successful job candidates on job
offer.
Prepare and refresh orientation
materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
Work closely with line and functional heads to plan,
initiate and organize training programs and development activities
to make the employees more effective and competent.
Onboarding process job applications, offer of employment,
work pass applications, etc.
Internship
application and coordination with ITEs, Polytechnics and
Universities.
Application for government
grants and subsidies where applicable.
