Key
Responsibilities
Source and engage potential candidates across platforms
(MCF, JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals)
Screen
profiles against client requirements and present shortlisted
candidates
Support interview coordination and
provide feedback to candidates and clients
Research industry trends, map talent pools, and provide
market insights
Collaborate with senior
consultants on client projects and business development
Track recruitment activities and outcomes for
reporting
Requirements
Resourceful, street smart, and proactive
learner
Strong communication skills (written
and spoken)
Detail-oriented and organised in
handling candidate information
Driven,
accountable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced
environment
