Looking for an applicant who has experience in :

• HDB BTO projects, both design and project management
• Industrial Science and Technology (Local & International projects)
• BIM (Revit) and BIM360
• Min. 3 years experience

Specific Responsibility, Accountability & Authority :

1. Responsible for the general design and architectural input for their projects.

2. Responsible to the Project Director / Associates and is to liaise with the Architectural Assistants, Project Executives and Technical Staff.

3. Complete the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, authority submissions and project correspondence.

4. Initiate and undertake actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity.

5. Identify and record any product quality problems, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and implement that solution.

6. Ensures that the Integrated Management System is implemented for each project and is responsible for the maintenance of the Job Record.

7. Liaise with the clients representative on all project issues

8. Monitor progress of contracts and billing status.

9. Authorised to control the project until any deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been rectified.

10. Perform the role of the BIM Manager in the management, training and project interface.
