Project Lead (Data Science / AI)

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW :

The Project Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of large scale, complex tech-enabled change projects, managing and coordinating the full project lifecycle across diverse industries. You will lead data science and AI projects end-to-end—from gathering business requirements to developing models, evaluating outcomes, and deploying scalable solutions—while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver data science or AI projects, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
• Translating complex business problems into well-defi ned analytical questions and project plans with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, defi ne deliverables, and align priorities.
• Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, stakeholder sign-offs, and smooth handover to business-as-usual teams.
• Present results in a business-friendly format and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES :

Nice to have : Data science or AI experience, qualification or certification.

Working hours :

Mon to Fri, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
