Key Connect Recruitment Pte Ltd is looking for proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executives with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for client engagement and a strong desire to grow in the recruitment or staffing industry.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion across sectors such as IT, finance, and engineering.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or recruitment
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Driven, confident, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with recruitment or staffing industry will be an added advantage
