Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, and business leaders. Position the company as a trusted partner for workplace transformation and technology optimization. Identify client challenges around workflow efficiency, cost management, and digital integration. Recommend tailored IT, printing, and projection solutions that improve productivity and sustainability. Partner with resellers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure timely project delivery. Work closely with marketing, presales, and technical support teams to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction. Track account growth, pipeline status, and customer satisfaction levels. Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reports to management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth :
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for IT, printing, copier, and projector solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in office technology and digital solutions.
- Drive adoption of managed print services, visual communication tools, and eco-friendly technology offerings.
