Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menus, ensuring variety and quality in dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Train, guide, and evaluate kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.
• Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal specials to enhance the menu.
• Handle customer feedback and adjust dishes to meet special dietary needs when required.
