We are currently recruiting
for a Region Finance Manager, APAC to
be based in Singapore. As the Region Finance Manager, you will be
responsible to assist the APAC Finance Partner with right
first-time analysis which is insightful, fast and supports the
business to develop accurate
plans.
Responsibilities :
Financial analysis for key Segment resource allocation
choices and strategic investment initiatives on an end-to-end
basis.
Perform scenario planning, financial
modelling and making recommendations as required for preparation of
Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP).
Responsible for end-to-end P&L management and
analysis including strong focus on both direct and indirect spends.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Quality and Supply Chain, Global
Support Functions and Procurement) to drive performance and
strategic alignment.
Driving continuous
improvement which enhances the understanding of executive and
senior management teams on key financial performance drivers and
business performance issues.
Review financial
information against historical run rates and future growth
plans.
Consolidate and drive net savings for
APAC with pro-active identification of risks and opportunities to
deliver enterprise commitment.
Assess and
drive cross-market decisions / initiatives.
Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to analyze and
address ad-hoc urgent
request.
Requirements :
Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent with approximately
12 years of working experience. In-market and / or supply chain
finance experience preferred.
Strong technical
and finance partnering skills.
Advanced
numeracy, accuracy, analytical skills & excellent attention to
details.
Working knowledge of accounting,
budgeting, and forecasting principles.
Proven
ability to work under pressure against tight and changing deadlines
and prioritizing work and delivery.
Ability to
effectively influence stakeholders with details, storytelling and
instilling trust, challenges, and questions how things are done to
drive for results and provides range of options.
Strong verbal, written communication skills in
English.
