Responsibilities :
- Upkeep site records and documents in order.
- Assisting with admin work
- Handling calls, minutes, and submission tracking.
- Tracking materials, equipment, and site attendance.
- Liaising with Head Office.
- Preparing and issuing notices, organizing visits, and maintaining good public relations.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level / Diploma in Business AdministrationGood communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Proficient in MS Office.Experience in construction administration or public relations is an advantage.Only Singaporean need appliesTell employers what skills you have
