Our client, a renowned Japanese-listed restaurant company, is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team as Kitchen Crew at the Takashimaya Outlet!
Reporting to : Kitchen Manager
What you will be doing 】
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure every dish is prepared promptly, maintaining high-quality standards and visual appeal for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with kitchen operations by handling mise en place tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and ensure timely service.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.Willing to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.Experience in Japanese F&B is an advantageEnglish Level
