Temp Customer Service officer (MNC) #HKC - D09 Cairnhill, Orchard, River Valley, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Contract Period : ASAP (3 months contract)

Working Location : One Marina Boulevard

Salary Range : $10-$15 / hour

Job Duties :

• Support the counter and concierge duties
• Extract daily / weekly / monthly CRM Performance Reports
• Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship grant application etc) including creating of CRM cases and update daily appointment list.
• Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound call)

Requirements :

Min O / A level / Diploma / Degree in any related field
