Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and Office 365 environments.
- Administer and support Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and Office 365 environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure , including provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting workloads.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools, including restoration of systems and files as needed.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to perform security patching, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Perform root cause analysis, develop preventive measures, and document resolutions.
- Support capacity planning, system upgrades, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT service delivery processes and documentation standards, aligned with ITIL practices.
- Coordinate and support internal and external IT audits.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular testing.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior engineers and IT support staff.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the IT Infrastructure Lead and the IT Infrastructure Head.
