Role
As a
Outlet Manager at Grain Traders, you
will be the key leader responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of our restaurants. You are passionate about
hospitality, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in

guest.

Responsibilities
Guest
Experience
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon entry and thank them
genuinely upon exit.
Anticipate guest needs
and provide accurate information (e.g., discounts, memberships,
online orders).
Drive customer satisfaction
and repeat visits through service excellence and
upselling.
Outlet
Operations
Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
diligently.
Handle order billing and ensure
discounts are correctly applied.
Check all
stations are fully stocked and service-ready (cutlery, packaging,
etc.).
Ensure all delivery and pick-up orders
are fulfilled accurately and punctually.
Assist with in-store order taking and food assembly as
needed.
Address customer complaints and
service disruptions promptly.
Maintain high
cleanliness and hygiene standards across the outlet.
Support barista duties when
required.
Team
Leadership
Supervise and ensure the welfare of all team
members.
Manage staff scheduling (FT / PT) to
optimize efficiency.
Conduct daily briefings
and delegate station duties.
Communicate
staffing needs to Directors when necessary.
Drive team motivation, upselling, and
performance.
Train and mentor new hires and
existing team members.
Plan team celebrations
such as birthdays or outings.
Ensure adherence
to SOPs and company
policies.
Administrative
Reporting
Manage stock orders and maintain supplier
communications.
Track inventory and submit
related forms and reports on time.
Approve
team reimbursements and submit to HQ.
Collaborate with Directors on weekly / monthly outlet and
team performance reports.
Understand and
operate POS and online ordering systems.
Analyze financial reports (P&L, budgets) and explain
variances.
Maintain and implement checklists
and SOPs.
Oversee facility maintenance and
submit work orders when needed.
Ensure
licenses and regulatory requirements are current.
Uphold workplace safety and security
standards.
Events
& Corporate
Orders
Support the planning and execution of special
events.
Ensure accurate client billing and
effective communication.
Promote Grain
Traders' services to event clients to grow
business.
