Senior Ops Support Executive (Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Support to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that team compile operations data and review KPIs to suggest process improvement
• Ensure that team update and maintain departmental documentation, including SOPs
• Conduct In-house training sessions
• Investigate service gaps and non-compliance, and recommend remedial actions
• Oversee and ensure team Conduct tests on operational systems to ensure efficiency and effective.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support departmental functions.
• Ensure Operations Support team’s submission of regular reports and provide data analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Diploma in Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Other relevant qualifications with experience will be considered.
