Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Support to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that team compile operations data and review KPIs to suggest process improvement
- Ensure that team update and maintain departmental documentation, including SOPs
- Conduct In-house training sessions
- Investigate service gaps and non-compliance, and recommend remedial actions
- Oversee and ensure team Conduct tests on operational systems to ensure efficiency and effective.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support departmental functions.
- Ensure Operations Support team’s submission of regular reports and provide data analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Diploma in Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Other relevant qualifications with experience will be considered.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communicationKnowledge or experience in training content creation, including basic video design and editing.A reliable team player who can multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.Tell employers what skills you have
