We are seeking a self-motivated team player to join them in the following role :

Job Description

• Provide operational support for a key MNC customer in the Electronics & Electrical industry.
• Act as the main liaison with the customer’s Regional Operations team in Singapore.
• Coordinate with internal account management teams across South Asia & Oceania, East Asia, and Japan on daily operational matters and service performance.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly visibility and performance KPI reports. (Weekend support required during month-end to ensure visibility and revenue optimization for the customer.)
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Manage claims administration, coordinating internal and external claims related to the customer.
• Assist with report generation, claims, insurance, and other business requirements.
• Support regional initiatives to expand business opportunities and strengthen the customer’s share of business.
