Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the test kitchen, ensuring its efficient operation and cleanliness (of equipment).
  • Maintain the integrity of equipment through regular cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Write and update operational procedures for various equipment across all four brands.
  • Schedule time slots, coordinate tests, and stay informed about activities in the test kitchen.
  • Support QA testing programs when applicable.
  • Coordinate processes related to the test kitchen, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Utilize technical expertise in machine maintenance and cleaning to uphold standards.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of food health and safety to maintain equipment integrity.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in food laboratories or facility management.
  • Diploma or relevant technical certificate required.
  • Practical experience in kitchen operations or equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
