Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify prospects through outbound calls, scheduling consultations, and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Manage objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate lead records and communications using CRM tools and WhatsApp for Business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while continuously improving sales techniques and market knowledge.
Requirements :
