• Provide effective and timely service to our customers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues from customers via phone, email, on-site, and remote support.
• Manage and monitor installed systems, servers, network infrastructure, both on-premises and on cloud.
• Maintain IT inventory and software licensing for our customers.
• Develop and update technical documentation and guides.
• Assist with installation and configuration tasks.
• Constantly evolving, stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
