Responsibilities
- Provide general office support
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales managers
- Assist in data entry tasks and mail handling
- Handle collation of RSVPs for events and maintain an organized database of attendees
- Manage table seating arrangements for meetings, events, and conferences
- Coordinate logistics of festive gift couriers for clients and / or team members
- Assist in scheduling meetings such as booking of venue and foods
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports
- Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
