Automation Engineer (Siemens PLC – BMS) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement Siemens PLC solutions (S7, PCS 7, TIA Portal) for BMS applications
• Develop and support control strategies for HVAC, cleanroom environments, utility systems, and critical infrastructure
• Support commissioning, loop checks, and field validation of automation systems
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards for automation systems
• Troubleshoot PLC / HMI / BMS control issues, alarms, and operational deviations
• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, CQV, MEP, facilities) during project execution
• Contribute to system documentation including URS, FDS, SDS, IQ / OQ, and Change Control
• Provide support for system lifecycle management, upgrades, and performance improvements
