Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry through to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, appointment scheduling, pipeline management, and preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events, and product launches.
- Provide customers and sales staff with timely delivery schedules and consignment updates.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and system support) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to provide accurate product information to customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
- Partner with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Solid knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.Prior sales experience, ideally in the IT or technology sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.Resourceful, results-driven, and committed to meeting targets.QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Degree or equivalent.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.Experience in sales negotiations will be an added advantage.Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
