Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Process Application Engineers and Technicians in managing all process-related activities to ensure efficient and smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement effective process workflows aligned with customer and business requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and control of production Work Instructions (W / I), including SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP-related processes.
- Drive and oversee Engineering Change Orders (ECO), ensuring timely and accurate implementation across operations.
- Champion process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement activities, including UPH (Units Per Hour) tracking and Kaizen projects.
- Maintain and update the Engineering Change (EC) master list and monitor its progress.
- Prepare, review, and update production Work Instructions (W / I) to reflect current practices and changes.
- Conduct training sessions for production teams to ensure understanding and compliance with updated Work Instructions.
- Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to ensure smooth integration into production.
- Assist production teams during mass production runs to resolve process-related issues and maintain output targets.
- Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation, maintenance, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements :
