Roles & Responsibilities
Working Location : Downtown, Singapore
Working Hours : 10am - 3pm, 5pm-10 : 30pm | Thursdays & Sundays : Not working
Monthly Salary : S$2,500
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes following restaurant standards.
- Assist in ingredient preparation, plating, and presentation of dishes.
- Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Contribute to smooth service and overall guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a kitchen role.Knowledge of Japanese / Italian cuisine preferred.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn.Prior experience in fine dining or Michelin-rated restaurants preferred.Able to work under pressure and lead a team with professionalism and calmness.Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
