Roles & Responsibilities

HR assistant

3 months contract

Work Location : Jalan Bukit Merah

Work Schedule : 5-days work week (42-hour week) (no WFH arrangement)

Salary Range : $2000 to $2500

Min Diploma in HR or related discipline; or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level with at least 4 years of relevant experience

Job responsibilities :

• Perform scanning, sorting, renaming and classification of employment documents into defined categories with high level of accuracy.
• Ensure employment documents are complete and in order according to the checklist requirements.
• Any other HR related administrative duties as assigned.
