Brief
We're looking for a
Creative Engineer to join our
Marketing team - someone who seamlessly blends frontend development
expertise with a keen design sensibility. You will play a critical
role in building and maintaining high-impact digital experiences,
including websites, landing pages, and interactive assets that
elevate our brand and drive marketing
performance.
In this role, you will collaborate
closely with marketing strategists, designers, and business teams
to bring campaigns to life and enhance our digital presence. You
should have a strong eye for design, deep attention to detail, and
the technical ability to turn creative concepts into responsive,
high-performance web
interfaces.
Key
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain marketing websites, landing
pages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign
goals.
Develop responsive UI / UX components and
animations using modern web technologies (TypeScript, React,
etc.).
Optimize web performance,
accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across major devices and
browsers.
Translate wireframes, mockups, and
creative briefs into polished, functional web
interfaces.
Ensure consistent brand execution
across digital assets.
Maintain reusable
component libraries and ensure adherence to brand and design
systems.
Contribute ideas to creative
brainstorms for marketing campaigns, product launches, and event
pages.
Use Git for version control and provide
clear documentation throughout the development
lifecycle.
Stay informed about web trends, new
tools, and emerging best practices in digital marketing
technology.
Qualifications
Requirements
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design,
Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical
experience.
3+ years of frontend / web
development experience, ideally supporting marketing or creative
teams.
Proficient in
TypeScript with hands-on experience
using modern frameworks like
React.
Fluent in
English and / or Mandarin for cross-functional
communication.
Experience with tools like
Salesforce and / or other email campaign
platforms.
Familiar with
Airtable or other low-code CMS and
workflow automation tools.
Proficiency with
Figma or similar design collaboration
tools.
Strong grasp of responsive design
principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with Git or other version control
systems.
Good to
Have
Familiarity with
WordPress , legacy HTML / PHP
environments, or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices, web performance
optimization, and accessibility standards.
Exceptional attention to visual detail and ability to
implement pixel-perfect designs.
Previous
experience supporting B2B / B2C marketing
campaigns , digital events, or product
launches.
