Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience on the Product / Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred. Solid understanding of test concepts on digital , Mixed Signal and RF products Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage. Good experience with statistics and data mining. Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software's JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus. Knowledge in scripting (perl / java / vba) and automation in reporting is a plus. Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently Only Singaporeans / SPR preferred.

Job Description
- Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release
- Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
- Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and Communicate technical product status to management
- Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
- Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors / SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
- Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
- Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp
