Job Responsibilities :

Daily Data Card Transmission & Staff Card Management

• Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission and staff card printing. This includes ensuring timely and accurate updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain operational continuity.

Staff Referral Program

Electronic Signature Book Assignment​

Spot Award Management​

Quarterly Background Check Review

Quarterly Data Quality Monitoring​

Temporary Accommodation Arrangements​

Ad-hoc Tasks and Reporting​

Support various HR Operations & Compliance activities such as leave coverage and other operational tasks as assigned.
