Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initial negotiation to execution, renewal, and termination, ensuring all stages are managed efficiently.
- Handle contracts across various regions, ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations, and addressing region-specific challenges.
- Act as the primary contract owner for assigned markets, managing the client contract administration process, including reviewing and processing contract requests, drafting contracts, obtaining stakeholder approvals, issuing contracts, and ensuring execution within Service Level Agreement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including Account Executives and Legal and Finance team to ensure contracts are developed and approved promptly and consistently in line with relevant policies and procedures.
- Oversee post-contract activities, including distributing contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling hardcopies, filing contracts, managing databases, responding to audit inquiries, and other post-execution tasks.
- Identify and implement improvements for contract processes in assigned markets and / or contract types, providing value-added services to stakeholders and business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional vendors, addressing any issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations and company policies, with a focus on regional compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts and relationships, particularly those unique to different regions.
