Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Oversee the management of contracts throughout all project phases
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variation orders.
• Monitor contract compliance and ensure deliverables are met as per agreed terms.
• Administer change management processes including claims, extensions of time, and cost adjustments.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams for contract-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract correspondence and documentation.
• Mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes when necessary.
