Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• Manage and facilitate client contract administration process
• Includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within service level agreements
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are developed and approved in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Managing of post-contract administration activities
• Distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
