Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good relationship with new / existing clients and provide full recruitment supportPerform research and understand clients and their industries wellSource for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referralsConduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needsCreate profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for considerationProvide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectationCoordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidatesConduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clientsCoordinate and negotiate on salary offers on behalf of clients and candidatesPerform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidatesWork closely with different teams to fulfill client's needsRequirements
Candidate must have at least 1 year of sales / recruitment / customer fronting experienceCandidate must have business level of Japanese proficiency in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients / candidates, including performing negotiation.Portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on mutual agreement basisCandidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, ability to multi-task, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantageTo apply, please kindly email your updated resume to job@goodjobcreations.com.sg.
