Roles & Responsibilities

Role : Senior Architecture Engineer (Operations Services) [P4 / 5 Grade]

Location : Ang Mo Kio

Type of Role : Contract (12 months renewable)

Remuneration : Base Salary - $12,000

Renumeration : 1 month bonus upon completion of 12 months' contract (subjected to attendance, performance etc..)

Role Overview :

The Architecture Engineer will join the Operations Architecture (OA) team onsite, supporting critical infrastructure for hybrid cloud, on-premises, and network environments. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available architecture while ensuring compliance with Government IM8 and CIS standards .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure Design & Implementation

• Architect network solutions (routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers) compliant with IM8 / CIS hardening benchmarks .
• Manage VMware virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and Dell EMC storage (PowerMAX, Unity, Isilon) with a focus on security, redundancy, and performance optimization .
• Configure and harden Windows / Linux servers and Oracle Solaris OS (Active Directory, Group Policy, patching, Zones / LDOMs) to meet government security requirements .
