Job Responsibilities :
Respond to enquiry cases regarding benefits and personal claims reimbursement via email and phone with accuracy and timelinessMaintain detailed case logs and compile monthly reports for management reviewCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cases, including sending follow-up remindersEscalate urgent or sensitive cases for prioritised handlingIdentify areas for process improvement and provide feedback when necessaryPeriod :

Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer serviceExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsDesire to go the extra mile for customersMeticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team playerCapable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words and Excel)Knowledge with SAP-HR will be an added advantageInterested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume ( MS Word format is preferred) :
