Delivery Manager - D16 Upper East Coast, Bedok, Eastwood, Kew Drive, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, to ensure alignment with project

goals and objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross functional teams, including mobile developers, backend developers, frontend engineers, etc to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Monitor project deliverables and outcomes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and take corrective action as needed to address deviations from the project plan.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries, requests, escalation.

Requirements :

Proven experience in project management or delivery management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on

time and within budget, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Monday.com, or Gitlab for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Passion for driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project delivery, with a focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
