The Project / Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful day-to-day operation of the platform, while also contributing to platform stability and customers management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in team management, operation process support, and a proven track record of contributions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Working with operation team to manage day to day operations and customers requestsManaging operation support team to ensure platform stability and efficiencyWorking closely with the engineering team and stakeholders on maintenance and service quality and uptime.Identifying and mitigating risks to platform availability, and escalate issues as necessaryDriving continuous improvement in platform operation processes and methodologies, aligning with government standards and best practicesReviewing and identifying area of automating mundane and repetitive operation processes together with operation support team.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in operation support management, with a focus on software or technology productsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to managing service requests, ability to extract essence of conversations to identify action items and responsible parties.Have a strong appreciation of resource planning and able to structure work and planning around constraints.Have a keen sense of business and operations, to be customer centric and contribute actively to how the team shapes our quality of servicesStrong understanding of the cloud industry particularly in AWS.Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure to prioritize tasks and assignment effectively.Experience in resource allocation for both human and material to tasks as needed.Possess attention to detail, structure and practicality in planning, build strong rapport with stakeholders and peersFamiliarity with government procurement and project governance processes is a plusSoft Skills :
