Our platform integrates facility booking, payments, visitor management, intercom, Bluetooth / QR access, and a marketplace to create smarter and safer living.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of our community app subscriptions and integrated hardware solutions. You will engage with MCSTs, property developers, managing agents, and condo committees to deliver solutions that enhance modern community living.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew and follow up on maintenance contracts with MCSTs after warranty.
• Promote app features and new hardware solutions to clients.
• Sell app subscriptions and hardware integration packages.
• Build strong relationships with MCSTs, developers, and managing agents.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and site walkthroughs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to explain solutions to clients.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets for both software and hardware.
• Manage sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
